I have had our Roku3 for several months now and really like the device, it replaced a dieing Xbox 360. I had it connected through our Denon 1612 AV reciever and it worked great, we just moved and I haven't decided what I am doing with surround sound in our new house so the Roku 3 is plugged directly into our older LG LED TV via HDMI.
The issue is that if you switch input away from the Roku or turn off the TV, you have to power cycle the Roku or switch the resolution to 720p then back to 1080p to get any content to play without producing the purple HDCP unauthorized error.
I have tried different HDMI cables, even RMA'd my Roku and the issue still remains. Any suggestions?
