Currently I'm using a Mac, but I have bootcamp installed and stream through OBS on Windows. I have a problem where my stream has black bars on the sides and no matter where I look for a fix it only occurs to people who aren't using 16:9, but I'm streaming 1920x1080 and downscaling to 1280x720 and still see black bars on Twitch.
Also I hopefully plan to start streaming through my Xbox One but I still want an Overlay. I hear that with most capture cards it's really tough to get a nice working capture card that's compatible with iMac. But what if I'm connecting the Capture Card to my iMac and running Bootcamp Windows? Is it the OS that's the problem with capture cards or the hardware?
Any feedback for either question or tips on properly setting up console streaming is appreciated!
