I will be building my own PC to run games not available on my Xbox. I will be playing games like Ark Survival Evolved and DayZ. Can I budge myself to $700 and still get 45-60 fps? If so, what parts do I need? And someone could help to teach me about graphic cards, specs and basics. My monitor will be my tv that is 720p.
