Fix for "floaty" mouse (input delay) on Windows 10

I thought this may help those of you looking to upgrade to Windows 10 in the near future.

Windows 10 introduces an Xbox app that overlays games. Playing CS:GO I noticed mouse movement felt delayed or "floaty" and was preventing me from getting my 720 no-scopes. First I checked that Raw Input was on, Accleration was off, and vsync was off.

This may be pure speculation and placebo, but disabling the Xbox overlay seems to have removed the input lag I experienced.

Follow this guide here by /u/droric/ to uninstall the Xbox app.

NOTE: This will disable all Xbox features from Windows 10! Proceed at your own risk.

Reboot and it should be gone. Open a game and press Win+G to test that it has in fact been removed - if it has been successfully uninstalled, Win+G should no longer open the Xbox overlay menu.

Let me know if you guys experience the same issues or success. To prove or disprove, please test performance before and after and post your results here.

If I'm wrong, downvote so nobody ruins their install. If I'm correct, upvote and add your testimony to save us all from Xbox in all its forms.
