Hey all, I just started my first stream and I was hoping I could get some tech support as to why I might be getting a low frame rate in the twitch player. I am using a Hauppauge Colossus inter PCI card to capture xbox one video through a HDMI splitter. I am using Xsplit to stream to twitch at a bit rate of 1650 kbps. Because of my capture card, and the xbone not able to output at 1080i I have to play at 720p. Xsplit is saying I am not dropping any frames and when I do the xsplit test connection I get an upload speed of like 1850. I read that my low frame rate may be due to my kbps being to high (it was previously at 2100 which I think was the default). I can provide screen shots of anything that may be helpful but here is the link to my stream, I should be on for a least another hour or two if anyone wants to check it out to see how it looks.
