Alright I am new to streaming and need some help, especially with technical issues. The three main games I would be playing would be H1Z1, CS:GO, Call of Duty (on Xbox One with an Avermedia LGP Lite). So here's where I need help. I am wanting to run on 1080p however when I try to OBS says it's dropping tons of frames and I am getting pretty horrific lag on OBS and the actual stream. So I decided to scale down to 1280x720 with a Max Bitrate of 1,000. Everything looks perfectly fine on OBS, but when I watch the stream back there's a lot of lost pixels and lag. So what I was wondering is the best settings for my computer and the games I want to play, and if there's any tips to maximize speed.
I am also open to any tips for new streamers, once I get all of the technical stuff out of the way. Sorry if this goes against some sort of rule that I wasn't aware of about support. Just really needed some help.
