Hey everyone,
I'm a pretty heavy user by most definitions. I use my phone to message heavily (I get around 1000+ messages on Line app a day due to group chats), check my emails (5 of them) every 2 hours, listen to music via Spotify, and play games. On average, my IPhone 5S can only run 1/2 a day on a full charge. Of course, if I anticipate to be outdoors for most of the day, I'll carry along a 10,000 mAh backup battery and a corresponding charging cable.
Now I'm looking for a phone that isn't too big - I'd want at the very least a more battery conserving phone without carrying a huge phablet. Is the S6 or IPhone the wrong phone to be considering? Should I be considering the Note 4 and Iphone 6 Plus? This will be my first Android because I like the customizable features of the OS compared to iOS. I currently run a jailbroken iOS 7 but I feel like the jailbreak has been eating away at battery life.
I'll be using it on AT&T and likely will get the phone on contract for a subsidized price.
