Need help deciding which one of these phones to get.(feel free to suggest others)

Country:USA OS: Android Carrier: Tmobile Price Range: <300 from Ebay or Amazon

Ok so currently I'm using a Galaxy S2 Skyrocket that was previously my sisters. Not a terrible phone but at this point it's old and cracking. My price range is basically under 300 and it needs to work on Tmobile. I've done a lot of research and I've found a handful of phones that I'm interested in getting. But each one has something scaring me off of getting it.

1. I can get an LG G2 brand new for $224 on Amazon. Great phone still today and for a great price. Plus it isn't used like a lot of my price range options. BUT no sd storage expansion or battery access http://ift.tt/1AJJ7yZ

2. The Xperia Z1s for $260, I like this phone a lot but the commonly reported self cracking screens scares me. http://ift.tt/1FQkZdd

3. A refurbished HTC One M8 rated an 8.5/10 in cosmetic condition. So it's obviously a superior phone and it's $282 on Ebay. I'm not sure if it's worth getting a used/refurbished phone for more money when I can get a new LG G2. http://ift.tt/1EPQxvZ

4. Galaxy Note 3, $288 for a 9/10 used Note 3 seems like a similar deal to the M8. http://ift.tt/1AJJaeh?

5. Google Nexus 5 for 250ish, This phone is very appealing but it's so similar to the G2 but a bit weaker on battery and camera that unless I find a cheaper price, idk if it's worth it.

6. S4 or S5 are options but would prefer to try something else.

7. I've thought about the LG Flex but with the 720p and low ppi screen, it seems to be behind these other phones.

8. I've also looked at the Asus Zenfone 2.

9. The Amazon Fire Phone for $180 right now is interesting I think.

I'll more than likely love any phone on this list, especially coming from an S2, haha but I just can't decide where to put my money.
