I purchased an HD movie from the Windows Store on my Windows Phone (running Windows 10), but when I download it it downloads a 961MB file, which is 720P instead of 1080P. I download the same file I purchased from Xbox Video on the PC and it downloads a 1.7GB file. This is the same for Windows Phone 8.1. I can't just transfer the video to the phone because the MP4 file from Xbox Video is somehow locked.
How can I fix this I have a 1080p phone (Lumia 930) and when I had a Galaxy S5 I could download movies in HD directly to the phone (from Google Play).
