I'm running Android 5.1.1 on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, using CyanogenMod 12.1 nightlies.
Previously, smart lock would only work with Call Notifications on and of the Fitbit was open or syncing in the background. Today however, I decided to try this again and voila! :D It's working, and it's awesome :D
