United States of America, so USD
$5000 Budget ceiling, with a little wiggle room if performance spikes a bunch (though no triple SLI)
Intended use: Gaming, 3D modeling, a wee bit of programming and heavy multitasking. Intended to be very future proof, at least for 4-5 years, though I'm not expecting leet fps for that whole time.
1440p@60Hz
Continuation of a water cooling build with a Fellow from another thread, feel free to hop in and help if you have advice! I left the Corsair H100i in as reference for what I otherwise intended to get, with the ASUS DC3 being my intend SLI cards of choice. Thanks!

Note: So far I have already gotten the COSMOS II and the 1000w EVGA PSU. I'd started with those two as they were the heaviest and were the best things to shape the build around, assuming a nice dual SLI build with OC'd cards and CPU doesn't clip the wings off the poor power supply. Thanks for any help you can offer, again!
Edit: I am currently looking at 2 Galaxy 980 Ti HOF Watercooled cards with a custom watercooling loop, though modifying my own PCBs are not out of the question.
