Hey Guys, I am a streamer who streams to Twitch.TV. I currently have PC that I am looking to upgrade but I am not sure which is the best upgrade for me, and my cost efficient. I am looking to stream to Twitch.TV at 720p60fps AT LEAST some very demanding titles like GTA V and Witcher 3 and Batman Arkham Knight just to name a few. I also want to be able to play at 1080p with at least 60fps some of these titles as well as maybe jump into some 1440p gaming. Also, Like I mentioned I am going to jump into YouTube so keep in mind some rendering. Thank you have a great day!

any changes that can be made are welcome. I am willing to go up around 800 but like I said I want to have the best bang for the buck that will fit my needs, thank you!
P.S. All around I have about a 1100 budget which I am willing to use up but I would prefer not so I have money for an Xbox, which I can get for about 250, so yeah, THANKS :)!
