question about the avermedia live gamer portable lite regarding delay.

im looking for an affordable capture card, thatll let me easily stream 720/60 from my ps4.
i have used an elagto years ago with my xbox one but ive just recently purchased a console againa nd went for the ps4 pro this time.
my question mostrly is, do i have latency when i play the game? im talking about löatency on my monitor hooked up to the ps4 pro throught the avermedia? i know, theres a little delay when io put the card as video source in OBS but i can work around that (its only a small fraction if im not mistaken).

so TL;DR : do i have delay, when playing games with the avermedia LGP lite hooked up to my ps4 pro and from the capture card to the monitor?
