Possible way to get Xbox One X to output in 4k to TV, while still capturing in 720/1080 on HD60s?

Hey everyone!

I recently picked up an Xbox One X, and I absolutely love it.

My channel is nowhere near big enough to even want to attempt to broadcast in 4k (I don't think Twitch even allows that at this point in time). Currently with my Elgato set up, I have the Xbox connect to my Elgato which connects to my computer and also to the 4k tv.

At this point the Xbox recognizes the Elgato as a 1080p device, and I miss out on possible 4k gameplay on my TV. Is there any possible solution to this?

In the past I've used splitters and such, and I found with some games, those splitters cut audio in certain games (looking at you Kingdom Hearts on the PS4).

Thanks everyone and have a wonderful rest of the day.

PS - Not currently interested in the Elgato 4k device, I have a laptop and building a PC + buying the device is way out of my budget right now, I just want to enjoy 4k graphics on my TV while still being able to stream/record.
