Is there a place i can see if my laptop is good enough to stream using a cap card and OBS?

I can stream pretty good at 720 30fps on my Xbox twitch app using about 1400-2000kbps but i recommend for 2500 but notice my stream gets laggy and drops frames when playing multiplayer games at 2000-2500kbps.

edit: i dont personally think it has the power and would struggle but i dont really know much about computers. just asking
