Upgrade from Galaxy S2 finally! What you recommend?

So after 3 and half years with Galaxy S2 I finally want to upgrade. I'm from Israel (Please no hate) and my budget is around 460$.

I'm searching for a phone that will last for 3 years. I don't really care about the screen size. The headphones audio quality must be good (Galaxy S2 was terrible) and also must have SD card slot. I'm not heavy user, 3 hours of screen in day is a lot for me, normally I get around 1.5-2.

In Israel with my budget I can buy:

• LG G3 32GB for 435$

• Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo N7505 16GB for 435$

• Asus Zenfone 2 4GB RAM 32GB for 445$

Do you recommend any of these? or anything else?
