Slime Rancher Resolution Issues

I've played Slime Rancher a lot. First I played on Xbox, than on the Nintendo Switch, and now I currently play on PC (a laptop more specifically). I prefer to play with laptop because I'm able to play better with the use of a mouse and keyboard, however I've encountered a few issues. The FPS drops extremely low every few minutes and I've tried a lot to fix to no avail. But I think I finally found the problem. All the graphic setting are on their lowest option, and the resolution is on 1280×720. But I found out that the resolution keeps changing to much higher completely on its own. It goes to 1980×1280 or sum like that. I have no idea how to stop it.

New G14 2022 GA402 best tweaks for my case scenario?

Hello, I recently bought an open box 2022 G14 with a 6700s variant for around $720 at BB. The laptop came in very good condition, and everything seems untouched.

I am NOT a gamer, only very casually use GamePass, or play GTA IV once in a blue moon, lol.

I bought this laptop to learn more about Autocad, and Solidworks while using this laptop at work in a very dusty environment. This will be its main use, connected to AC power, or USB-C power using an Anker PowerCore+ 26800PD model A1375 link.

The only thing I did was buy a Crucial 16GB RAM stick, and changed 2 settings in Armoury Crate (APU sPPT to 30/80 W, Platform sPPT to 90/115 W), because on stock idle this laptop was super HOT, and the fans are very loud, even after changing those settings.

The laptop now has 24GB of RAM, and Windows 11 Home as default.

My questions are:

Any better alternative to Armoury Crate? Is Ghelper better? What settings should I use for my case?

I hate Windows 11 with a passion, can I install Windows 10 LTSC instead? I simply install the MS Store with a Powershell command if I need the XBOX app for Gamepass, and create a recovery partition with original OS if need to go back.

Or should I just use a good debloater script for Windows 11? This is my first AMD laptop, and I don't know if it works better with Windows 11.

If I am taking this laptop to work with that heavy powerbank, and AC adapter, what would be better alternatives to power it with a lighter device no matter the price? Can I get by buying a much smaller AC brick with 100W output? If not, which light powering device would you recommend?

Any Windows power settings I should change? I don't care much about battery lifespan; will replace it however many times necessary.

Are cooling pads even worth it? If so, which one?

Is repaste worth it? Never tried liquid metal, would it be worth it?

Should I upgrade Wifi card if it works fine?
