Level Up Achieved but No 1080p Streaming

I use a El Gato HD60s to stream from my Xbox to Streamlabs and then to Facebook. I entered the level up program about a week ago but my streams are still broadcasted in 720. My Streamlabs settings are all 1080 60 fps. Is there something I need to do on Facebook's end to get it in 1080?

I was watching real steel on my new tv (it is humongous) and in the Zeus fight I noticed there was an Xbox 720 because this was when rumors of the soon-to-be Xbox one were around and this is my favorite camo in all of history.

• Aire acondicionado BGH BSE30CR41. 3500 Frigorias. Frio / Calor. Es el modelo que viene con los frentes intercambiables, aunque no compramos ninguno extra. 4 años de uso. Excelente estado. Precio ML: 35K. Precio Reddit: 30K.

• Rouser RS200. Año 2018. Todos los services al dia. 2980 kms reales. La compre usada con 13 kms en Marzo de 2019 porque el dueño anterior la compro, se cayo y del cagazo no se subio nunca mas. Yo en 2 años le hice menos de 3000 kms porque me la compre para ir al laburo pero entre que me pagaban el taxi a la vuelta y la pandemia, la use poco y nada. Hay que comprarle algunos plasticos porque nunca se los arregle. Entrego la moto con casco LS2 Breaker (talle L), campera Ninetoone 4s XL, guantes de verano rocket y alarma de disco de freno.
