I play a lot of games, but right now all I have is an Xbox One and Wii U. I want a decently average PC, but my maximum budget is around $600. I would like to be able to play CS:GO, Skyrim, Fallout 3, NV, and 4 (if the specs arent too high), Civ 5, and Hearthstone. The last time I tried to get a build around 500-600 the Micro Center ended up giving me a $720 build so I left. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I have a Series 8 Samsung Smart TV and have been using Plex, connected to Plex Server on my Synology Diskstation, for a couple of years now, largely without issue.
Recently, Plex has become near-unusable on the Smart Hub for us. I have no idea what caused the problem or how to fix it.
The problem:
Suppose I start with a clean install of Plex on Smart Hub. It will ask me to sign in using the PIN. Upon signing in, it will fail to find a Plex server, even though all my other devices (Nexus 5, Nexus 7, Nexus 10, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and all our Windows computers) have no issue connecting from the local network, or even remotely.
If, after signing in, I exit Plex and go back into it (regardless whether I just exit the app, exit Smart Hub, or power cycle the TV), it will sit there forever with "PLEX" in the middle of the screen and the 3 orange squares up the top left to show it's doing something. I have left this for literally an hour, and it never gets past this point. Moreover, this will happen every subsequent time I open Plex on Smart Hub. The only way to get around it, since there's no way to clear an app's data/cache in Smart Hub like in Android, is to uninstall and reinstall Plex. I've done this more times than I care to remember.
If, after a clean install, I decide not to sign in with my PlexPass account using the PIN, and instead press the red (?) button to go home and then add a PMS manually, all appears to be good. I get taken back to a somewhat blank screen and I have to press the yellow (?) button to connect to one of the added PMSs. There is is: "Plex" in the list. I press OK, and after 3 or 4 seconds it tells me the server "did not respond in a timely manner". It takes between 5 and 20 tries, but eventually it connects. Most of the time when it comes up with the error message, the icon next to the "Plex" entry in the server list is a magnifying glass, and most of the time when it successfully connects it's a green tick. Most of the time, but not always; sometimes it connects with the magnifying glass and sometimes fails after the green tick.
A minor problem after eventually connecting is the left panel, where it would normally have the list of categories, is just not there at all: I only have the right 2/3 of the screen with "On Deck" and "Recently Added", although the focus is on the invisible left panel. If I press up/down then it will cycle between the various categories, I just can't actually see the menu. Once I fully go into any section and then return back to the main screen, the left panel is then there again. This happens every time I successfully connect, clean install or not.
I can watch some things through Samsung Link (or whatever it's called now), but some media files simply refuse to play. The same story goes for Chromecast via Plex on the phones/tablets: sometimes it says a particular media file "cannot be played" even though the Smart Hub app will play it fine (This is a problem I've always had since day one).
So thise are the problems. Here's what I've done to try and fix them:
Basically, nothing has helped. Plex on all our other devices (Android/Windows) work perfectly but continues to be a problem with Smart Hub.
My wife is on maternity leave as of this week and I'm copping a lot of heat for not having our system working as it once used to. Any help in fixing these problems would be greatly appreciated!

So the past few hours on here have been both comical and frustrating. I've seen posts such as 'PS4 will ruin comp' and 'We're going to lose the fans'.
First of all, I think people need to remember that competitive COD was once on PS3 when Black Ops 1 was around - so the scene has undergone a change of console before, most players have come from a PS3.
Secondly, the PS4 already has a bigger casual player base - which if we look from a different perspective (Not just yourself annoyed about the change) more players on the game is more potential viewers.
Thirdly, even if the game switched to PS4 what's stopping pub players, league players and even GB players from staying on XBOX anyway - I've played since the PS4 came out, and on the PS3. And it's never bothered me that I can't join Scumpii's game whilst he's streaming I can still play GB's and I can still play ranked play. The only people who are going to slightly lose out are AM players who need to make the switch - but hey can't please everyone.
Finally, also saw posts about Pro's struggling to adapt to a new console. It will be similar to the 360>ONE switch - a step up from 720p30 to 1080p60 may be strange a first, but they're professional gamers, they will adapt like they have with the ONE. A new controller is the main flaw - although players used to play with PS3 controllers, I'm sure they won't struggle much. And even if they do, there str adapters out there that will allow them to use their SCUF's on the PS4 (see CronusMAX: http://cronusmax.com/ & http://controllermax.com/manual/Content/tournament_edition_firmware.htm )
This is probably the longest post I've ever written on reddit, pardon my n00b formatting.
There's a strange, yet widespread android flaw in the N6 on Sprint/T-Mobile.
So I previously had phones of the Samsung Galaxy line, they were good phones, but they always seemed to lack durability. I wanted to get more serious with my android development and figured why not get a Google Phone to stay ahead of the curve.
I figured I would try out google's flagship nexus 6. I go to the T-Mobile store, buy one- it was a GREAT phone. Super fast, super awesome- and most importantly reliable. Starting last week or so, service quality was progressively getting worse (at least to the point to where I perceived an issue). This week, it has gotten to be terrible and it fell below my threshold for acceptable service.
So I figure, it's probably just a defective phone. It should come with a warranty and if not- I also pay extra for insurance, so surely it will get replaced. I call T-Mobile and the service rep was extremely nice and didn't treat me like a dumbass like they usually do (none of the typical "plz hard reset your router" comcast-style troubleshooting). I explained that I work in the software industry and she skipped the typical BS for me. Then she mentioned the street that I live on and how there are two cellular towers being upgraded, explaining why my coverage was so severely degraded at home. She said the upgrade will be done in a few days and service would be restored and that it's just t-mobile adding additional capacity to my area. Makes sense. No biggie. She didn't immediately have an answer about the caller-ID, but it probably has something to do with the fact that the T-mobile names package isn't available on the Google Play store for my android build. In either case, the support rep led me to believe that this was simply a regional issue specific to the area around my house. I bought it.
Later on today, I'm out and about- same issues occur, even closer to the center of my major city. The same sporadic text messaging continues. I start to search and see if anyone else has this issue. It's not a fluke, this is a known issue and a very common one at that!! It has been reported almost verbatim as early as November of last year. I thought that I thoroughly researched my phone choices purchase when I decided on the N6, but boy was I wrong. I didn't want a bendy iPhone, didn't trust cyanogenmod as much as I trust google so no OnePlusOne. Because the same issue persists on Sprint, I can see the blame game happening where T-Mobile blames google, and vice versa. Who is at fault? Google or T-Mobile?

After being with T-Mobile for over 10 years, I honestly feel betrayed that they knew this and didn't disclose it to their customers. The people reported the same story as me months ago, the same "adding capacity to your area" issue that was specific to the street I live on. I owned the phone for about a month now and for the first two weeks I didn't notice any issues at all. How can they charge customers fees for extra services on lines with devices that can't use them? Who will take ownership of this problem? Is T-mobile punishing those who don't want bloatware on their android devices or is Google not listening to the market to help carriers find a solution? What ever the case, this is the worst phone purchase ever- I'm considering ditching both and getting a OnePlusOne with another carrier. Bloated as it was, my Galaxy s2, s3, and s4 all worked pretty well.
What can an affected N6/T-mobile/Sprint customer do? It's hard to believe that this issue is so common, but the T-Mo tech support reps acted like it was news to them. I worked on a support team for AutoTrader and whenever service degradation impacted customers, all hell broke loose. You had to wake up in the middle of the night to restore services and thoroughly document incidents. People worked until the issue was resolved and at least acknowledged that an issue existed. I'm sure both T-mobile and Google knew that this is going on, yet they still haven't addressed it. If there were a homebrew-like fix for this, it would relinquish T-Mobile's support responsibilities, taking them off the hook.
How can I get this resolved because I really like the google phone's battery life, performance, and the physical build quality. One of the main value propositions of Android and specifically the Google phones is their ability to get the freshest releases. I'm starting to feel that this isn't so great after all. Kinda like in the workplace where you have to use RHEL 5, because you have to use RHEL 5, and that's why. If anyone is considering their next phone purchase, please keep this in mind!!

As a side note, I do like how fast the phone gets to 100% charge-- TurboCharge! I guess the trade-off was only useless things like SMS/MMS/Caller-ID/Receiving Phone calls.
