Mic not working for Stream if Controller gets Disconnected

Due to my internet being a bit iffy, mystream constantly changes quality between 720 and 1080 which causes the camera to refresh due to having to make up for that.

Eventually it makes the audio go out of sync in the only way to fix that is to disconnect my controller and reconnect it.

The only problem is half the time if I do that I cannot get my audio from my microphone to go through to the stream anymore and I have to restart my entire Xbox for it to work.

Face cam audio delay

I use my Xbox one x to stream and when I use a cam there’s a audio delay... bitrate was set to 6500. And stream resolution to 1080. Changed it to 3500 and 720 and no changes. Any way to fix this??

Xbox one capture card

Anyone know what is a good HD capture card that I can record some gameplay and moments for Xbox ? 1080p or 4K. Xbox only records the last 5 minutes in 720 or 2 minutes 1080p but it’s not enough.

Please comment a few recommendations. Don’t need the absolute best but a good overall

I feel like all the screen captures I see on YouTube look smoother/higher res than what I'm getting. Is there some Xbox setting I don't know about?

I get that if you have a super expensive gaming PC it will look its best, but I have seen YouTube screen recordings from normal PS4 and Xbox consoles that look so smooth and clean compared to what I'm getting. It's not bad exactly, but not at that level.

I have an Xbox One, not the One X, but I don't think missing out on the 4k is the issue here.

There isn't any setting in the actual game itself that appears to touch on rendering or frame rate or anything like that, and in the Xbox settings there didn't seem to be much either beyond deciding whether to play in 1080 or 720
