Wapmaxi.com: Weird v-buck transfering between platform glitch?

I recently linked my ps4 with my xbox/pc (however confusing they may have made it,) and was looking at the v-bucks for each platform and noticed a odd difference. I also have stw and earned a bunch of v-bucks that way on my xbox. I noticed there was 1,720 v-bucks on both my pc and xbox, but only 800 on my ps4. I have no clue why, help!
