Wapmaxi.com: Need help with upscaling with a 4K A/V receiver

I have a vizio p series tv and also a 1080p monitor. A lot of the receivers with dual hdmi outputs also upscale 1080p content to 4k which introduces input lag. I will be hooking up my ps4 and xbox one to the receiver and was wondering if there would be a way to turn off the upscaling and just do a passthrough. The set up will be this...
