Plex: Gettin alot of cpu issues lately (only recently)

Have you checked the Plex knowledge base and searched on the sub and Google:

Server version:

OS:Win7

Clients, w/ versions, if applicable:
??? Friends using it on their ps4, xbox one, xbox 360. And error on my FireTV products

What you did?
Reboot pc, modem, router. Make sure little ram eater apps are running

What happened? I have been getting random errors pop up about cpu not fast enough or another one pretty similar. But nothing has changed from the week before when it worked fine and now. I dont run ram extensive apps often

What you expected? Uhh what? I expected the app to functionally work as it was a week ago.

What are your (relevant) settings? I also have set my server to 3mbps (720p) with no change even from Original

Apparently my last attempt to post this wasn't good enough for a specific mod and was told to use this template (although not a single post on the front page is doing so)
