[Build Help] Good Micro-ATX case for transporting/mimic console?

Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Rather than buying a Xbox 1 or PS4, I would like to build a PC to act as a gaming console hookedup to my TV. I am looking for a case that

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

At minimum, the PC has to perform as the Xbox 1/PS4 would. So I am looking to run newly released games 60 FPS/720p/Medium settings

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Since the housing of a PC gaming console is important for me, I'd say no more than $150

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

California, United States

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.

I live in a studio without a real home theater, so space is important to me. I decided not to go with a mini-ATX build since I've heard there could be issues with heating and installation of parts. This is my first ever build, so I think I would feel more comfortable with micro-ATX.

I've heard the Corsair 350D is a solid pick for a micro-ATX case, but it seems a bit large and hard to transport. I would like to have a case that I can move in case I ever move housing or if I would like to bring my console to a friend's house. I am also looking at the BitFenix Prodigy M which seems smaller and has handles for moving.

Thanks for all your help
